Are You Satisfied with Being an Average Leader?

What separates good leaders from bad leaders? You can probably spit out several obvious responses with little effort. Good leaders treat everyone with respect; they lead by example; and they aren't hypocrites. However, if you are a leader, this isn't the question you should be asking. Instead, you should be concerned with what makes a great leader. I have outlined below three ways to guarantee your leadership will be nothing more than average.

It Goes Without Saying

When the Partners for the Gospel was started, it was meant to be a helpful and encouraging tool for us and others in the ministry. As I read the articles posted each week by my Christian brothers, I would call this a great success for which I am grateful to be a part. Since we are all believers, our sharing of the Gospel especially to each other often goes without saying. But in the last few weeks, I have felt under conviction because of exactly that…it has gone without saying.
